CDL-A CAT Shuttle Driver – Lafayette, IN

Home Weekly | Up to $28/hr | $3,500 Bonus Opportunity

We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers for a CAT shuttle position running between Lafayette and Monticello, IN. Drivers will shuttle CAT engines, radiators, generators, and doghouses using double drop trailers. This is a stable opportunity for drivers looking for consistent hours, strong hourly pay, and weekly home time.

Drivers average around 50 hours weekly with overtime paid after 40 hours. Home every weekend, and depending on where you live, some drivers may also get home during the week. This position runs Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work depending on operational needs.

Pay & Compensation
• 1st shift: $25/hr
• 2nd shift: $27/hr
• 3rd shift: $28/hr
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Average annual pay: $80,000

Bonus
• $500 New Hire Transition Bonus paid on second paycheck
• $3,000 bonus paid as:

• $1,000 on second paycheck

• $1,000 at 60 days

• $1,000 at 120 days

Freight & Equipment
• CAT freight and components
• Double drop trailers
• Live loading/unloading
• 2016–2023 Kenworth trucks
• Truck governed at 65 MPH

Schedule
• Monday–Friday
• Some Saturday work may be required
• 1st shift: 6 AM–6 PM
• 2nd shift: 12 PM–8 PM
• 3rd shift: 8 PM–6 AM Sunday–Friday nights

Requirements
• 1 year CDL-A experience
• 6 months verified flatbed experience within the last 3 years
• 6 months securement training including chains and binders
• Must attend orientation in Atlanta
