Full-Time | $130,000
ESTABLISHED $400K–$500K SHOP SEEKING EXPERIENCED GM
Kaizen Collision Center is hiring an experienced Collision Repair General Manager to lead our Aurora, Colorado location.
This is an established $400K–$500K operation with an active pipeline of Work in Progress (WIP), Progressive Preferred Shop status, and relationships with all major DRP programs.
We're looking for a proven GM who can manage production, improve cycle time, turn WIP into completed repairs, and drive profitability.
The repair volume is there. We need the right leader to maximize the opportunity.
WHAT WE NEED
- Proven collision repair GM experience
- Strong production, financial, and KPI management
- Ability to improve cycle time and shop throughput
- Experience managing insurance and DRP relationships
- Strong team leadership and accountability
- Valid driver's license
