Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in patients with a warm and professional demeanor

- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently

- Verify patient information and update electronic health records

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately

- Assist with patient check-out and follow-up instructions

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and insurance verification

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare reception role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
