Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee banquet events from setup through breakdown.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate banquet staff.
• Coordinate with clients, event planners, kitchen staff, vendors, and other depts.
• Ensure proper room setup, food and beverage service, décor, and event timing.
• Conduct pre-event meetings and communicate event details and service expectations to staff.
• Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage staffing levels, labor costs, inventory, and banquet supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Review event orders and ensure all client requirements are accurately executed.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and help generate repeat business.
• Lead post-event reviews and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency.

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in a country club or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
