Palm Aire Country Club is looking for a Full-Time Golf Shop Attendant to join our Golf Services team. Our Golf Shop is more than a place to book tee times or pick up a new golf shirt. It's where members stop to chat, catch up with friends and get ready for a great day on the course.
We're looking for someone who enjoys that atmosphere, knows a thing or two about golf and genuinely likes working with people.
Previous golf shop experience would be fantastic, but we're equally interested in finding someone with the right attitude, a collaborative spirit and a natural ability to make people feel welcome.
PGA certification is not required.

Requirements:WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet members and guests with a smile and a welcoming attitude
- Manage tee times, golf reservations and lesson bookings
- Assist members with golf apparel, merchandise and equipment
- Process purchases and member charges
- Keep the Golf Shop organized, stocked and looking its best
- Assist with merchandise displays, inventory and special orders
- Work closely with the Golf Services team to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Help with tournaments, outings and special events
- Answer phones, assist members and handle the unexpected with a positive attitude
- A friendly, outgoing personality and genuinely positive attitude
- Previous golf shop experience strongly preferred
- Basic golf knowledge and an enthusiasm for the game
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to pitch in
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Dependability, professionalism and a good sense of humor
- Comfort with computers and point-of-sale systems
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
