Compensation:
1099: $175–$275 per hour
W-2: $150–$225 per hour
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, schedule, and employment arrangement.

About the Opportunity
Mindify Wellness & Care is looking for a General Cardiologist (MD or DO) specializing in cardiovascular disease to provide care to adult patients through our Fair Lawn, New Jersey-based practice.

This opportunity is ideal for a cardiologist interested in a flexible schedule with the option to provide patient care virtually.

An active New Jersey medical license is required, but providers may work remotely. We are open to both 1099 independent contractors and W-2 employees, depending on availability and practice needs.

Responsibilities
Provide cardiovascular consultations and follow-up care to adult patients.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cardiovascular conditions, including hypertension, coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, and heart failure.
Review medical histories, laboratory results, imaging reports, and diagnostic testing.
Develop treatment plans and manage medications as clinically appropriate.
Collaborate with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals.
Identify patients requiring in-person evaluations, testing, or additional specialty care.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
Active, unrestricted New Jersey medical license required.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
Completion of an accredited cardiovascular disease fellowship.
Experience providing cardiovascular care to adult patients.
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
Ability to provide care effectively through telehealth.
