Maleza is looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead service, support the team, and help drive the energy of one of Palm Springs’ most exciting dining experiences.

This role is all about operations — running a strong floor, creating unforgettable guest experiences, coaching a high-performing team, and keeping service smooth, polished, and fast-paced from open to close. We’re looking for someone who thrives in the middle of the action, leads confidently under pressure, and genuinely loves hospitality.

• Lead daily restaurant operations and service execution
• Coach, train, and motivate FOH teams
• Maintain strong labor and operational controls
• Support guest satisfaction and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and service standards are consistently maintained
• Help create a positive, upbeat, accountable team culture

• Previous restaurant management experience
• Strong floor presence and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
• Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and guest experience
• Nights, weekends, and holiday availability
