Maleza is looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead service, support the team, and help drive the energy of one of Palm Springs’ most exciting dining experiences.
This role is all about operations — running a strong floor, creating unforgettable guest experiences, coaching a high-performing team, and keeping service smooth, polished, and fast-paced from open to close. We’re looking for someone who thrives in the middle of the action, leads confidently under pressure, and genuinely loves hospitality.

What You’ll Do:- Lead daily restaurant operations and service execution
- Coach, train, and motivate FOH teams
- Maintain strong labor and operational controls
- Support guest satisfaction and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and service standards are consistently maintained
- Help create a positive, upbeat, accountable team culture
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong floor presence and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
- Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and guest experience
- Nights, weekends, and holiday availability

The pay range for this role is:
70,000 - 75,000 USD per year(Drift Palm Springs)
