Location: Monk St, Montreal QC
Position SummaryThe Bus Washer is responsible for ensuring our sightseeing and coach fleet remains clean, presentable, and ready for daily service. This role plays an important part in supporting operational readiness and delivering a positive customer experience throughout Montreal’s busy tourism season.
This is a part-time seasonal summer position requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and detail sightseeing and coach buses, including:
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning windows, seats, and high-touch surfaces
- Restroom cleaning and sanitation where applicable
- Perform exterior bus washing using wash bay equipment and cleaning tools
- Ensure buses are cleaned and prepared on schedule for daily departures
- Maintain a clean and organized wash bay and work area
- Report vehicle damage, defects, or cleanliness concerns to leadership
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
- Support overall fleet readiness during high-volume summer operations
- Previous cleaning, detailing, custodial, or vehicle cleaning experience considered an asset
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive physical tasks
- Willingness to complete company-provided safety training, including WHMIS
- Criminal Record Check required
- Fast-paced and physically active work environment
- Exposure to cleaning products and varying weather conditions
- Work performed both indoors and outdoors
