This role sits at the intersection of strategic sales and enterprise relationship management within the payments and branded solutions space. You will be responsible for cultivating and expanding long-term partnerships with key enterprise clients, ensuring they maximize value from global payment and engagement solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will align client objectives with tailored offerings that drive measurable business outcomes. The position requires strong commercial acumen, a consultative mindset, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers. You will collaborate across internal teams to design and execute growth strategies that enhance revenue and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact, client-facing role in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment focused on scaling global partnerships.
In this role, you will own strategic client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure successful execution of partnership objectives across enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact
- Drive revenue expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and identification of new business opportunities
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client goals and market trends
- Monitor client performance, satisfaction, and retention, proactively addressing risks and opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure contractual and compliance adherence
- Lead business reviews, presentations, and ongoing strategic discussions with stakeholders
- Leverage data and insights to optimize performance and inform decision-making
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in relationship management, enterprise sales, and a strong understanding of payment or financial services ecosystems.
- 8+ years of experience in client development, relationship management, or enterprise sales, ideally in payments or financial services
- Strong knowledge of payment technologies, industry trends, and regulatory environments
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior and C-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through strategic account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; willingness to travel as needed (up to ~25%)
- Competitive OTE up to $211,500 (based on eligibility and U.S. location exclusions)
