Job Description
Job Title: Product Manager
Company: Synergetics Installations Worldwide
Location: Primarily Remote (Up to 75% Travel)
About Us:
Synergetics is a respected leader in the management consulting industry, specializing in business value creation, mergers and acquisitions, and supply chain management. Since 1975, we have successfully completed over 1,800 engagements, resulting in $9 billion in total EBITDA improvements. We work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including small- to mid-sized enterprises and many Fortune 500 companies. Our core values—honesty, authenticity, respect, trust, and teamwork—guide everything we do.
Product Manager, Synovate (Manufacturing Execution System)
We're growing fast, and Synovate is our next-generation Manufacturing Execution System. We need a Product Manager to help shape both the product and where the company goes from here. This isn't a maintenance role. You'll own real decisions, talk to customers regularly, and have a hand in defining how modern manufacturing operates.
If you like ambiguity, want real ownership, and care about building something useful, keep reading.
Why join us
A growing product with strong market demand
Real ownership over decisions that shape the product and customer experience
Work that sits between software and the physical world: manufacturing, operations, and data
A small, collaborative team that moves quickly
Equity upside as we scale
What you'll do
Own the product
Drive the vision and roadmap for Synovate, balancing speed, scale, and customer needs
Make trade-offs between shipping new features and investing in the platform
Translate big goals into clear priorities the team can execute on
Get close to the customer
Talk with customers regularly to understand how their manufacturing operations actually work
Take messy, real-world problems and turn them into product solutions that scale
Make sure what we ship delivers real operational value
Work closely with engineering
Partner with engineers to scope, prioritize, and ship features
Contribute to a platform built on APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure
Keep communication clear across a distributed team
Move quickly
Write clear requirements and user stories
Stay involved in sprint planning, backlog work, and releases
Use data, customer feedback, and judgment to keep improving the product
What you bring
3 to 5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
Solid technical instincts. You can hold your own in conversations about APIs, data flows, and system design
Comfort working through ambiguity
Experience working across functions and with distributed teams
A bias toward action and ownership
Bonus Points
Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or MES/ERP systems
Experience with IoT, sensor data, or operational environments
Familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI or Grafana
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS products
Exposure to ERP integrations such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
Comfort using AI tools in your workflow
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Life & ADD, STD, LTD. 401K match. Unlimited PTO.
