This role is centered on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of a large-scale web application used for customer support services. You will join a cross-functional product development team working closely with product managers, developers, analysts, and designers to deliver robust digital solutions. The position combines manual and automated testing responsibilities, requiring a strong focus on test strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of QA processes. You will play a key role in building and maintaining automated test frameworks while also contributing to regression, integration, and acceptance testing. - Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test strategies to ensure high-quality product delivery across web applications.
- Perform manual testing, including acceptance, regression, and integration testing, to validate functionality and user experience.
- Develop, support, and enhance automated test frameworks using industry-standard tools and practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure test coverage.
- Conduct API testing (RESTful services) and validate backend integrations using tools such as SOAP UI.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, document issues in detail, and follow up on resolution with development teams.
- Prepare clear and structured testing documentation and reports to support transparency and product quality tracking.
- At least 2+ years of experience in QA engineering or test automation roles within web or mobile environments.
- Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium and programming knowledge in Java.
- Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter and API testing tools like SOAP UI.
- Solid understanding of manual testing principles for web and mobile UI applications.
- Knowledge of test design techniques, test strategy creation, and QA best practices.
- Familiarity with integration testing, RESTful APIs, and basic SQL for data validation.
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support effective testing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
