Your work will directly impact user experience by ensuring stable and high-performing releases across web platforms.

Accountabilities
  • Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test strategies to ensure high-quality product delivery across web applications.
  • Perform manual testing, including acceptance, regression, and integration testing, to validate functionality and user experience.
  • Develop, support, and enhance automated test frameworks using industry-standard tools and practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure test coverage.
  • Conduct API testing (RESTful services) and validate backend integrations using tools such as SOAP UI.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, document issues in detail, and follow up on resolution with development teams.
  • Prepare clear and structured testing documentation and reports to support transparency and product quality tracking.
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of experience in QA engineering or test automation roles within web or mobile environments.
  • Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium and programming knowledge in Java.
  • Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter and API testing tools like SOAP UI.
  • Solid understanding of manual testing principles for web and mobile UI applications.
  • Knowledge of test design techniques, test strategy creation, and QA best practices.
  • Familiarity with integration testing, RESTful APIs, and basic SQL for data validation.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support effective testing.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
Benefits
  • Flexible work model: remote or office-based, with support to set up your preferred workspace.
  • Remote onboarding process for a smooth and accessible start.
  • Performance-based bonuses (annual or quarterly depending on role structure).
  • Access to internal learning resources, corporate training programs, and professional development opportunities.
  • Health and life insurance coverage.
  • Wellbeing program including access to a corporate psychologist.
  • Reimbursement for mobile communication expenses.
  • Collaborative and innovation-driven work culture within a large-scale technology environment.
