Finance Manager

This role is central to corporate financial planning and performance visibility, ensuring leadership has accurate, timely, and actionable insights to guide decision-making. You will be responsible for consolidating financial results, supporting forecasting cycles, and delivering high-quality reporting across P&L and cash flow. Operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, you will partner closely with multiple finance and business functions to ensure alignment and data integrity. The role combines technical financial expertise with strong storytelling, translating complex results into clear executive narratives. You will also contribute directly to planning cycles, liquidity analysis, and strategic decision support. This is a high-impact position suited for a finance professional who thrives on precision, collaboration, and executive-facing exposure.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including P&L and cash flow statements.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and reporting packages for senior leadership, Board-level reviews, and Investor Relations.
  • Analyze financial performance versus plan, forecast, and prior year, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring accurate company-wide consolidation.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and maintain financial models supporting liquidity and capital allocation decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data.
  • Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and enhance data integrity across financial reporting activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Reporting roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and advanced financial modeling skills.
  • Proven experience preparing materials for executive leadership and Board-level audiences.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, matrixed environments with strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior executives.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as Excel, SAP, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
