Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Solutions Architect in Canada.
In this highly strategic and hands-on role, you will be at the forefront of launching a next-generation AI-native software development platform in the market.
You will act as a key technical leader within early go-to-market initiatives, working directly with design partners to shape adoption and validate real-world use cases.
Your work will bridge deep technical solution design with product strategy, ensuring customer feedback directly influences roadmap evolution.
You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to translate complex workflows into compelling, production-ready demonstrations and architectures.
This role requires strong fluency in modern cloud-native development and emerging AI-driven engineering practices, particularly around agentic workflows.
You will thrive in ambiguity, combining architectural leadership with hands-on execution to influence how modern teams build and ship software with AI.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and solution design with design partners and prospects, translating business needs into scalable, AI-native architecture solutions.
- Own and develop proof-of-value environments, demo systems, reference architectures, and integration prototypes to demonstrate product capabilities.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to engineering leaders and senior stakeholders, addressing architectural, security, and integration challenges.
- Collaborate with sales teams to define go-to-market strategies, including positioning, demo narratives, qualification criteria, and competitive differentiation.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to influence product direction and help shape the evolution of the platform roadmap.
- Build and maintain sample code, technical assets, and enablement materials to support scalable adoption and internal knowledge transfer.
- Support complex technical engagements including RFP responses, workshops, and executive-level briefings.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful transition of early-stage solutions into repeatable sales and delivery motions.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or similar roles within developer tools, cloud platforms, or infrastructure companies.
- Strong hands-on technical ability, including coding or scripting for integrations, prototypes, and technical demonstrations.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
- Proven experience working with AI-driven development workflows, including agentic systems, prompt optimization, or AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into compelling business value.
- Experience working in pre-sales or go-to-market environments, co-owning revenue and influencing customer decisions.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments and create structure where none exists.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple design partners and priorities simultaneously.
- Bonus: experience launching new products or categories, and high proficiency in AI adoption frameworks.
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation package with salary, bonuses, and equity participation.
- Flexible remote-first work environment with global collaboration across multiple time zones.
- Generous flexible paid time off and inclusive parental leave policies.
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage depending on location.
- Professional development budget to support continuous learning and career growth.
- Home office, wellness, and internet reimbursement allowances.
- Annual global team gatherings to foster connection and collaboration.
- Opportunity to work on a cutting-edge AI-native platform shaping the future of software development.
