This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a DevOps & Cloud Architect in United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly technical and forward-thinking professional to lead cloud architecture and DevOps transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. In this role, you will design scalable cloud infrastructure, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and drive AI-powered automation strategies across enterprise systems and Salesforce ecosystems. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, QA, architecture, and platform teams to improve delivery speed, system reliability, and operational efficiency. The position offers strong visibility across technical leadership functions and the chance to influence long-term infrastructure strategy. Ideal for someone passionate about cloud-native technologies, DevSecOps, and intelligent automation, this role combines hands-on technical execution with strategic architectural ownership in a fully remote environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
  • Lead the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps best practices to improve software delivery reliability and speed.
  • Architect and manage Salesforce DevOps workflows using Salesforce DX (SFDX), including automated deployment pipelines and version control strategies.
  • Establish Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools to standardize and automate cloud provisioning.
  • Implement AI-driven automation and AIOps solutions to enhance developer productivity, testing, monitoring, incident management, and operational workflows.
  • Define governance, security, compliance, and operational standards across cloud and Salesforce platforms while ensuring system resilience and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with development, QA, security, and platform teams to streamline delivery processes and evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to DevOps engineers and engineering teams across multiple initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, infrastructure architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Salesforce deployment automation, and CI/CD integration practices.
  • Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools, automation frameworks, and intelligent DevOps/AIOps solutions.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash, along with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of networking, security architecture, DevSecOps principles, monitoring solutions, and Git-based version control workflows.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Relevant cloud or Salesforce certifications are considered a strong advantage.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $164,000 to $188,500 annually based on experience, skills, and location.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
  • Paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave, and volunteer time off.
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Wellness incentive programs and employee support initiatives.
  • Pre-tax transit benefits and no-cost life insurance coverage.
  • Optional voluntary benefits and pet insurance discounts.
  • Access to mentorship, leadership development, and career growth opportunities.
  • Fully remote work environment with exposure to cutting-edge cloud and AI technologies.
