This role is focused on designing and delivering robust integrations across Coupa Business Spend Management (BSM) and enterprise systems that power procurement, finance, and supplier operations. You will work across Coupa Integration Cloud, APIs, and iPaaS platforms to ensure seamless data flow between Coupa and ERP, HR, and payment ecosystems. The position plays a key role in enabling end-to-end source-to-pay processes with reliable, scalable, and secure integration patterns. You will collaborate closely with procurement, finance, and engineering stakeholders to translate complex business needs into production-grade solutions. The environment is highly collaborative and integration-heavy, requiring strong discipline around APIs, data synchronization, and system reliability. Your work will directly impact financial operations efficiency, supplier experience, and enterprise-wide spend visibility.

• Design and build integrations between Coupa and enterprise systems such as ERP, finance, payroll, HR, and supplier platforms, ensuring accurate and timely data synchronization across the source-to-pay lifecycle.
• Develop integrations using Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato, implementing scalable and maintainable integration patterns.
• Implement and support supplier onboarding, procurement, invoicing, and payment data flows, including master data, catalog, and approval hierarchy synchronization.
• Define and implement integration error handling, retry logic, reconciliation processes, and monitoring strategies to ensure reliability and operational resilience.
• Manage integration security including OAuth, SSO, certificate-based authentication, and least-privilege access across Coupa-connected systems.
• Support production incidents, platform upgrades, and release cycles while ensuring minimal disruption to Coupa-integrated business processes.

• 5+ years of integration engineering experience with hands-on delivery of enterprise-grade integrations in production environments.
• Strong experience working with Coupa Integration Cloud and Coupa Open APIs, with a deep understanding of procure-to-pay and source-to-pay processes.
• Experience with at least one major iPaaS platform such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato in complex integration landscapes.
• Solid knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, data transformation, and SQL-based data handling for integration workflows.
• Strong understanding of enterprise system integration with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and production support skills in distributed integration environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
