Job Description Summary

At Bel, the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager is a key leader responsible for developing, executing, and refining pricing strategies and promotional tactics to drive sustainable, profitable growth across all brands and channels. This analytical and strategic role partners cross-functionally with Sales Strategy & Planning, Finance, and Marketing teams to leverage financial, shopper, and syndicated data for actionable insights. The RGM Manager plays an influential role in ensuring that our commercial strategies are informed by robust data analysis, grounded in market reality, and focused on maximizing both top-line and bottom-line performance. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented, growth-minded professional passionate about data-driven commercial strategy in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Pricing Strategy, Governance & Committee Preparation

  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize economic data, competitive benchmarks, and market pricing metrics to inform RGM/pricing committees.
  • Partner with stakeholders to evaluate funding requests, providing robust historical comparisons, scenario modeling, and supporting documentation for decision-making.
  • Rigorously monitor pricing actions in-market, track their impact on key metrics, and continually refine elasticity and demand assumptions based on real-time results.
  • Own the development and ongoing management of comprehensive brand and channel price ladders, ensuring alignment with corporate targets for both core and innovation portfolios.
  • Advise Sales and Leadership teams on holistic pricing and pack strategy, leveraging in-depth understanding of P&L drivers, elasticity, incrementality, and the spectrum of trade investment types (on-invoice, off-invoice, scan/volume-based).

2. RGM Systems, Tooling & Process Optimization

  • Maintain and continuously enhance RGM templates, dashboards, and proprietary models, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and the automation of core RGM processes.
  • Collaborate with IT, Data Analytics, and functional partners to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, digitalization, and efficient stakeholder self-service access to insights.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Business Support

  • Serve as core business partner to Sales Strategy, Finance, and Marketing teams, providing analytical insights to support commercial negotiations, joint business planning, customer business reviews, and annual budget cycles.
  • Present complex analyses and summarize key insights in a clear, concise format tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences, including external business partners as needed.
  • Actively contribute to the creation and continuous evolution of Bel’s RGM best practices, processes, and reporting standards.

4. Advanced Analytics & Ad Hoc Insight Generation

  • Lead, execute, or support advanced analyses related to price-pack architecture (PPA), promotional lifts, ROI, price elasticity, mix management, and white space opportunities.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests for promotional, pricing, or margin analysis from commercial and RGM leadership, providing actionable recommendations to drive incremental sales and profitability.

5. Commercial Upskilling & Organizational Capability Building

  • Support the preparation, delivery, and continuous improvement of RGM capability-building initiatives, including the annual RGM bootcamp and on-demand team training.
  • Contribute to the upskilling of the wider commercial organization on RGM concepts, tools, and the value of data-driven decision making.

6. Promotional Effectiveness & Post-Event Analysis

  • Own and lead the evaluation of promotional performance and efficiency, quantifying investment and providing detailed, actionable summaries to Sales, Finance, and Leadership.
  • Report and interpret trade promotion impacts on key financial outcomes; flag trends, outliers, and opportunities/risks for immediate action.
  • Conduct robust post-event / post-promotion reviews and synthesize learnings to strengthen future promotional planning and execution.

Qualifications

Minimum degree and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, Statistics or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial analytics, revenue management, sales finance, category management, or CPG/Food & Beverage environments.

  • Proven ability to manage, analyze and synthesize large, complex data sets; meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and present to varying audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across business functions, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment.
  • Superior organizational, time-management, and project leadership skills; able to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
