CAREGIVER

About Us
Join the team at the best memory care community in the state! We’re proud of our outstanding staffing ratios—just 10 residents and 2 caregivers on the night shift—allowing you the time and support to provide excellent, personalized care. We’re not a corporate environment—we’re a close-knit community where staff and residents feel like family. Plus, we offer free snacks and genuinely good coffee to keep you fueled throughout your shift!

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting residents in a memory care setting, helping them live with dignity, comfort, and safety. You’ll work side-by-side with a supportive nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of care while bringing patience, pride, and heart to your work.

What We Offer

In addition to your base hourly rate, the following shift differentials will apply:

  • Overnight shifts worked Monday through Thursday: additional $3.00 per hour
  • Overnight shifts worked Friday through Sunday: additional $4.00 per hour
  • Day or evening shifts worked Saturday through Sunday: additional $2.00 per hour

Please note: Some benefits listed below require full-time status

  • Holiday Pay
  • Paid Time Off
  • 401(k) Matching
  • Competitive pay
  • Supportive staffing ratios—more time for quality care
  • A positive, family-like work culture
  • Opportunities to grow and advance in healthcare

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding)
  • Monitor and record vital signs; promptly report changes to nursing staff
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
  • Assist with mobility and transport within the facility
  • Accurately document care using electronic health record systems (ECP)
  • Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized resident care plans
  • Always protect resident confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Nursing Assistant training preferred
  • Previous healthcare or long-term care experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of basic patient care and safety practices
  • Experience with electronic health records a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to support older adults
  • Physical ability to safely lift, move, and assist residents

Schedule

  • Part-time and PRN opportunities available
  • Must be willing to work some holidays
  • Must be willing to work weekend shifts

Join Our Team

If you’re passionate about caregiving and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working in a supportive, fun, and non-corporate environment—we’d love to hear from you!
