🚗 What You’ll Do

• Convert warm auto-refinance applications into funded loans from our Austin office

• Guide customers through loan options, overcoming skepticism with empathy and expertise

• Follow up until documents, signatures, and lender requirements are complete

• Work with teammates to hit daily and monthly goals

💪 What You Bring

• Proven sales drive — financial services, roofing, solar, insurance, merchant services, logistics brokerage, retail wireless, or D2D experience welcome

• Persistence and follow-up skills — you stay organized until the loan funds

• Excellent phone communication and consultative selling ability

• Bilingual a plus | On-site attendance required (North Austin HQ)
