Maintenance Coordinator

Facilities Management AVC - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (26003717)
Job Summary

Serves as a contact for internal and external customers; ensures efficient and accurate responses and resolutions to routine issues and needs. Performs general administrative work and maintains documentation of customer interactions.


Essential Functions

Recieves, acknowledges, reviews,and processes all Facilities Management emergency, maintenance, and departmental work requests. Monitors the completion of emergency and maintenance requests. Provides for timely follow-up on work order status to all relevant constituents as needed. Grants access to Facilities buildings to all required staff, vendor, and contractors. Serves as Facilities Management customer service representative and provides relief for the front desk receptionist function on an as needed basis. Serves as back up staff for receptionist and administrative support personnel, including front desk phone coverage, room and fleet vehicle reservations,a PA One Calls, Utility outage requests and all other related work orders.
