This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of critical financial operations within a growing and dynamic organization. The role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on oversight of accounting, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and process optimization. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help drive informed business decisions through accurate financial insights and robust controls. You will play a central role in strengthening financial processes, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple business functions. • Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger management, and financial reconciliations
• Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities while providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making through financial insights
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, accounting standards, financial reporting requirements, and internal policies
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls, financial procedures, and risk management practices
• Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors, financial advisors, and regulatory stakeholders
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements while optimizing financial efficiency and banking relationships
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to financial processes, reporting capabilities, ERP systems, and automation projects
• Support system implementations and integrations that enhance financial visibility and operational effectiveness
• Partner with department leaders to improve budget accountability and organizational performance
• Present financial analysis, recommendations, and performance updates to executive leadership
• Provide guidance and support to finance team members while contributing to broader organizational planning and growth initiatives

• CA designation preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including leadership responsibilities
• Proven experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or in a similar senior finance position
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls
• Experience overseeing payroll administration, tax compliance, and month-end and year-end close processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial software, and reporting tools
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently within a remote environment
• Experience within professional services, consulting, technology, IT services, or ERP-related industries is advantageous
