You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to identify automation opportunities and deliver impactful solutions. The environment is fast-paced, innovation-driven, and highly autonomous, with a strong emphasis on rapid iteration and measurable business value. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, automation, and internal product engineering.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain internal web applications that automate workflows, reduce operational costs, and replace legacy or third-party tools.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable software solutions using AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices.
  • Identify opportunities for internal automation by evaluating existing systems, tools, and manual processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders and leadership to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-impact internal software products.
  • Develop integrations with external SaaS platforms through REST APIs and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Maintain clean, secure, and well-documented code following best practices in version control and deployment.
  • Define and track performance metrics such as adoption, uptime, delivery speed, and cost savings from internal tools.
  • Continuously improve development workflows by adopting emerging AI tools and best practices in software engineering.
  • Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing to support long-term maintainability and scalability of internal systems.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development with a proven ability to deliver production-ready applications quickly.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and/or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Replit, Claude Code, or similar platforms.
  • Experience integrating applications with third-party APIs and SaaS platforms using REST architecture.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, iterative delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate build-versus-buy decisions based on business impact.
  • Understanding of software security, data privacy, and application reliability principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with international, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with containerization tools such as Docker is a plus.
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools like HubSpot, Microsoft 365, or similar ecosystems is an advantage.
  • Exposure to replacing SaaS tools with custom-built internal solutions is highly desirable.
Benefits:
  • 100% remote work with full flexibility across Brazil and LATAM.
  • 18 paid vacation days plus U.S. federal holidays.
  • Paid parental leave (up to 2 months with partial salary coverage after one year).
  • Two annual in-person team gatherings in your local region.
  • Training and professional development support to enhance technical growth.
  • Stable full-time role with structured working hours aligned to U.S. time zones.
  • Supportive, people-first culture where autonomy and ownership are encouraged.
