  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while escalating issues as needed to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide hands-on project support in manufacturing environments when required to address resource gaps or execution challenges.
  • Continuously improve project management practices, tools, and processes based on lessons learned and operational feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, chemical operations, facilities management, or construction project environments.
  • Strong background in project management, capital project execution, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience managing projects ranging from $10K to $1M, with exposure to annual portfolios up to $5M.
  • Solid understanding of EHS principles, building codes, permitting processes, and contractor safety requirements.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, analyze project costs, and report financial performance.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, finance, supply chain, suppliers, and manufacturing teams.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work directly in industrial or manufacturing settings.
  • Proven ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive projects to completion with accountability and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and engineering software.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $135,000 USD, plus eligibility for a 10% bonus program.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options.
  • 401(k) plan with 50% company match up to 6%.
  • Flexible paid time off (PTO) and 11 paid holidays from day one.
  • Life insurance and short- and long-term disability coverage with optional upgrades.
