This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President of Partner Care based in United States.

This part-time, fully remote leadership role focuses on building and strengthening partnerships with Christian ministries serving people affected by poverty, homelessness, and addiction. You will develop new relationships with ministry leaders while deepening existing partnerships and increasing student referrals to an affordable online education program. The role combines business development, relationship management, strategic partnership development, and mission-driven engagement. You will work closely with academic leadership to identify creative solutions that address the education and training needs of partner organizations, their staff, and their students. The position also includes participation in conferences, staff collaboration, and spiritual leadership through team chapel and prayer. It is well suited to a relationship-oriented professional who is motivated by faith, comfortable with outreach, and passionate about expanding educational access for underserved communities.

• Initiate conversations with leaders of rescue missions and other Christian ministries serving people affected by poverty, homelessness, and addiction, creating opportunities for introductory meetings and potential partnerships.
• Develop prospective partnerships through consistent, professional follow-up, nurturing relationships from initial outreach through student referrals or a clear decision not to participate.
• Strengthen existing ministry partnerships through regular communication, relationship-building, and strategic engagement designed to increase student referrals and deepen long-term collaboration.
• Partner with academic leadership to identify and develop creative educational and training solutions that address the needs of ministry partners, their employees, and the populations they serve.
• Represent the organization at relevant conferences, workshops, and industry or ministry events, proactively arranging meetings during and after events to develop new partnership opportunities.
• Participate in regular staff and supervision meetings, including an annual in-person staff gathering, while contributing to a collaborative and mission-aligned team environment.
• Participate in and lead staff chapel and prayer sessions through Zoom, providing spiritual leadership consistent with the organization's mission and values.
• Contribute to additional initiatives and responsibilities as mutually agreed upon, using sound judgment and flexibility to support organizational priorities.

• Hold at least an accredited bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifying education.
• Bring previous professional experience with Gospel Rescue Missions, the Salvation Army, Adult & Teen Challenge, YWAM, or a comparable Christian ministry serving people affected by homelessness, addiction, poverty, or related challenges.
• Demonstrate a strong personal commitment to a Christian mission, vision, and values centered on serving people who are poor and/or affected by addiction.
• Possess excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust with ministry leaders and other senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong technical proficiency, including extensive experience with customer relationship management databases, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, Zoom, and other digital collaboration tools.
• Be comfortable initiating cold outreach, engaging unfamiliar contacts, handling rejection professionally, and maintaining persistent and thoughtful follow-up.
• Demonstrate self-direction, organization, resilience, and the ability to manage priorities effectively in a remote environment with limited direct supervision.
• Be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Demonstrate the spiritual maturity and commitment required to support the spiritual needs of partner ministries and students and to participate in corporate worship, prayer, and chapel leadership.
• Experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, business development, or sales is strongly preferred, particularly experience cultivating relationships from initial contact through long-term engagement.
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with senior leaders such as Executive Directors, CEOs, Pastors, and Program Directors is highly valued.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to create practical partnership solutions that respond to the needs of different organizations are desirable.

• $35 per hour compensation.
• Part-time schedule starting at approximately 10–20 hours per week.
