Analista de Implantao (Software de Procuradoria)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Implantação (Software de Procuradoria) based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity to help public-sector organizations adopt technology that improves their daily operations and decision-making.
You will lead software implementation projects from initial planning through configuration, training, and post-implementation support.
The role combines client interaction, project coordination, requirements gathering, and process management.
You will work closely with migration, requirements, and customer support teams to ensure smooth and predictable implementations.
Your work will directly contribute to successful adoption of software solutions within legal and public administration environments.
The position offers a dynamic, collaborative setting where autonomy, organization, and clear communication are highly valued.
Occasional travel may be required to support specific client needs and implementation activities.

Accountabilities
  • Execute software implementation projects, coordinating activities from kickoff through completion and ensuring that agreed objectives and deliverables are achieved.
  • Define and manage implementation schedules together with clients, coordinating requirements gathering, system configuration, training, deployment, and post-implementation follow-up.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, aligning expectations, priorities, timelines, and next steps.
  • Coordinate the closing of implementation projects, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer support team and continuity of service after go-live.
  • Work collaboratively with migration analysts, requirements specialists, and customer support teams to resolve issues and maintain an efficient implementation process.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively coordinate actions to keep activities on track.
  • Support clients during the adoption of the solution, helping ensure that configured processes meet their operational needs.
Requirements
  • Higher education completed or in progress in Technology fields such as Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Engineering, or related technical programs, or in a relevant business domain such as Law.
  • Knowledge of or previous experience within the public sector—such as municipalities, city councils, public authorities, consortia, funds, or foundations—is considered a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to deadlines.
  • Proactive, collaborative profile with strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with both clients and internal teams.
  • Strong ability to organize implementation activities, coordinate stakeholders, and follow projects through to completion.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and business requirements.
  • Availability to travel occasionally when required by client or implementation needs.
