- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency in visual identity, tone, messaging, and production quality across different video formats.
- Organize and maintain project files, media assets, templates, and reusable production resources to improve efficiency and support recurring content creation.
- Monitor existing video materials as the digital platform evolves, identifying outdated tutorials and proactively recommending updates.
- Partner with field adoption teams to identify recurring user questions and topics that could be addressed through explainer and educational videos.
- Contribute creative and production insights that improve the effectiveness, scalability, and accessibility of video-based learning content.
- Demonstrable professional experience in motion design and video editing, particularly for social media, educational, tutorial, or onboarding content, with a portfolio or showreel required.
- Strong command of CapCut and proficiency with at least one professional editing tool, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Strong understanding of pacing, composition, transitions, motion graphics, and visual storytelling for short-form formats such as Reels and TikTok-style videos.
- Experience working with gimbal-recorded footage and field recordings; familiarity with Insta360 or similar equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently from established scripts and briefs, exercising creative judgment without requiring constant supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines within a high-volume monthly editorial calendar.

- Advanced Spanish proficiency is considered a plus.
- Basic graphic design knowledge using tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar platforms is desirable.
- General knowledge of agriculture or a strong interest in AgTech, as well as experience producing tutorial or onboarding videos, will be considered an advantage.

- Fully remote work from Brazil.
- Opportunity to work in a fast-growing AgTech environment focused on digital innovation.
- Collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Opportunities for professional development, learning, and career growth.
