As a full-time work-from-home Customer Service Representative, you will be the trusted point of contact for customers of a major automotive brand. You will support vehicle owners with questions and concerns related to warranty coverage, repairs, dealerships, and vehicle features. By listening carefully and responding with empathy, professionalism, and practical solutions, you will help resolve issues and reduce customer stress. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems while managing a variety of customer situations. You will receive paid virtual classroom training and ongoing role-specific development to help you succeed. - Customer support: Provide professional, empathetic, and timely assistance to automotive customers, addressing questions and concerns related to warranty coverage, repairs, dealership experiences, and vehicle features.
- Issue resolution: Listen actively to customer concerns, understand the underlying issue, provide appropriate solutions, and take complaints seriously to create positive customer experiences.
- Customer communication: Communicate clearly and professionally in both French and English across customer interactions, ensuring information and solutions are easy to understand.
- System navigation: Work efficiently across multiple systems and digital tools while researching customer information, documenting interactions, and identifying appropriate solutions.
- Service quality: Maintain a customer-first approach while demonstrating empathy, patience, adaptability, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Technology use: Use Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Windows-based applications, Google Maps or similar navigation tools, and other approved systems required for daily responsibilities.
- AI-enabled workflows: Use approved AI tools when applicable to support daily tasks, improve efficiency, assist with decision-making, and enhance customer interactions.
- Training participation: Successfully complete paid virtual classroom training and ongoing job-specific training to build the knowledge and skills required for the role.
- Location: Must reside in Canada and be available to work remotely.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a customer service environment.
- Age requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Language skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and the Microsoft Windows environment.
- Digital adaptability: Comfortable navigating multiple systems and using online mapping tools such as Google Maps or similar platforms.
- Soft skills: Strong empathy, problem-solving ability, adaptability, reliability, active listening, and customer-service orientation.
- Availability: Willingness and flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Screening: Must successfully pass a background check.
- Remote work setup: Requires a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
- Work environment: Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for customer interactions. Webcam presence will be required during training and production.
- Competitive pay: $15–$19.35 per hour, depending on province of residence.
