Bin Builder Associate Nights

Production Support Associate Bin Builder Area

Location: Enka, NC
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Shift Schedule

Day Shift 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

  • Crew A: 2-2-3 rotating schedule

  • Crew C: 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Night Shift 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

  • Crew B: 2-2-3 rotating schedule

  • Crew D: 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Job Summary

We are hiring Production Support Associates to assist with daily manufacturing operations in the Bin Builder Area. This is a hands-on position involving the preparation, organization, and staging of bins, Gaylords, and other materials used in production.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working on their feet in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities
  • Rake and level preforms in open bins

  • Place lids on bins

  • Insert bags into bins according to production requirements

  • Build, strap, and stage Gaylords

  • Assemble and prepare bins for production

  • Move and organize materials within the work area

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

  • Perform other production support duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull for extended periods

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule

  • Reliable attendance is required

  • Manufacturing, warehouse, or material-handling experience is preferred but not required

  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions

  • Must be safety-conscious and able to work independently and as part of a team

PPE Provided: Safety glasses, hearing protection, and high-visibility vest.
