Accountabilities:

Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Active Directory environments, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
Manage identity objects including users, groups, computers, and access permissions across enterprise systems.
Monitor AD services, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis to ensure service continuity.
Execute changes, releases, and service requests following ITIL-based operational processes.

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory administration in enterprise environments.
Solid knowledge of Windows Server administration and related infrastructure components.
Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO) and identity management configurations.
Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and core networking principles.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and hybrid identity environments is highly desirable.
