- Prepare site development construction drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Design water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure systems
- Develop engineering design considerations and supporting calculations for site development projects
- Prepare permit applications and supporting documentation for local and state agencies
- Coordinate regularly with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Model and refine designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 2+ years of experience designing land development projects using Civil 3D
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact with clients
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter with a client service–oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Schedule:
On-site: Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
