This role is a high-impact opportunity to define and scale growth for a next-generation crypto-based gaming platform operating in the fast-evolving iGaming and digital assets space. You will own the full growth lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding to retention and monetization, shaping how users discover, engage with, and return to the product. Working in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment, you will act as a hands-on product leader driving experimentation, analytics, and feature development. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and growth marketing to build and optimize funnels that convert and retain users at scale. This is a player-coach role where execution speed and analytical rigor are critical. Your work will directly influence core revenue drivers and the long-term trajectory of a category-defining product.
- Define and own the end-to-end growth strategy and roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Build and scale experimentation frameworks, tooling, and analytics systems to support high-velocity testing and decision-making
- Lead acquisition initiatives including referrals, partnerships, landing pages, viral loops, and collaboration with performance marketing teams
- Optimize activation funnels by improving onboarding flows, wallet setup, first deposit conversion, and first engagement milestones
- Design retention and re-engagement systems such as loyalty programs, incentives, and lifecycle campaigns that drive repeat usage
- Establish core growth metrics, dashboards, and cohort analysis frameworks to guide product and business decisions
- 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years focused on growth in high-velocity consumer-facing products
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth through experimentation, funnels, and lifecycle optimization
- Strong hands-on experience with growth levers such as referrals, onboarding optimization, incentives, and retention systems
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to work directly with data, perform analysis, and derive actionable insights independently
- Strong execution focus with a bias toward shipping, iterating, and owning outcomes end-to-end
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills, with experience working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments
- Competitive base salary with equity and token allocation
- Performance-based cash bonus eligibility
- Fully remote work environment with flexible PTO
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Home office and wellness allowances
- 401(k) retirement plan for U.S.-based employees
- Opportunity to build and scale a category-defining product from the ground up
