This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic enterprise sales within the Life Sciences industry, engaging some of the world’s most influential pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations. You will sell an AI-native intelligence platform that supports innovation across R&D, IP, clinical, and commercial decision-making. The position focuses on complex, consultative sales cycles involving senior stakeholders and high-value transformation initiatives. You will own your territory end-to-end, from pipeline generation through deal closure, while shaping go-to-market strategy in a rapidly growing market. The environment is fast-paced, high-autonomy, and deeply collaborative, with strong support from product, marketing, and leadership teams. This is a high-impact role for a strategic seller who thrives in sophisticated, multi-threaded enterprise environments.
- Own and execute a full territory strategy, driving net-new business and revenue growth across pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations.
- Manage complex, end-to-end enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, discovery, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound activity, strategic targeting, and multi-channel engagement with senior decision-makers.
- Engage cross-functional stakeholders across R&D, innovation, IP, and commercial teams to identify business needs and align solutions to strategic outcomes.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, disciplined pipeline management, and consistent achievement of revenue targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and account management to refine messaging and expand customer value.
- Develop deep domain expertise in Life Sciences, innovation intelligence, and AI-driven R&D workflows to position solutions effectively.
- 3+ years of 360° SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Proven experience selling into Life Sciences organizations, ideally within pharma, biotech, or medical devices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with senior-level buyers.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold outreach, pipeline generation, and account development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, value-driven solutions.
- Experience in innovation, IP, or data/analytics platforms is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-growth, high-performance environment.
- Competitive compensation structure with uncapped commission and OTE ranging from $200,000 to $250,000
