This role is designed for a highly experienced DevOps leader who will shape and scale cloud infrastructure in a fast-growing, engineering-driven environment. You will be responsible for architecting and managing secure, highly available, and scalable AWS-based systems that support mission-critical applications and enterprise deployments. The position plays a key role in driving automation-first DevOps practices, modern CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes-based container orchestration across distributed teams. You will collaborate closely with engineering, security, and platform teams to improve release velocity, system reliability, and operational excellence. In addition, you will lead initiatives around observability, infrastructure as code, and cloud security compliance while enabling AI-driven DevOps optimization. This is a high-impact leadership role where your decisions directly influence platform stability, scalability, and engineering productivity.

• Lead cloud infrastructure operations across AWS environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high availability of systems.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows for enterprise-scale applications.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption using tools such as Terraform and modern automation frameworks.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads, ensuring performance and resilience in production environments.
• Implement and enhance observability systems, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response processes.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards such as SOC2, HIPAA, and internal governance requirements.
• Manage identity and access control systems, including Okta and Azure AD integrations.
• Optimize deployment strategies, including rollback mechanisms, disaster recovery, and release automation.
• Maintain and modernize existing CI/CD systems, including Jenkins pipelines where applicable.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance, release velocity, and platform efficiency.
• Oversee security integrations, SIEM tools, and secure access frameworks across infrastructure.
• Enable AI-assisted DevOps automation and continuous operational improvements.
• Support enterprise integrations, backend services, databases, and large-scale system workflows.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and establish best practices for platform engineering and operations.

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipeline development.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure security, compliance frameworks, and enterprise-grade systems.
• Experience operating and maintaining large-scale, high-traffic production environments.
• Strong knowledge of observability tools including monitoring, logging, and incident management systems.
• Familiarity with identity management platforms such as Okta and Azure AD.
• Experience in automation-first and AI-assisted DevOps environments is highly desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and system architecture skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, globally distributed engineering teams.
