We are a growing Elder Law and Estate Planning firm in South Florida looking for an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) attorney who is passionate about helping families, educating the community, and making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
We're looking for someone who enjoys the practice of law but also enjoys the people side of the profession.
Someone who loves sitting down with a client and creating a plan that gives them peace of mind.

Compensation:$90,000 - $155,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions
- Meet with clients in both English and Spanish and provide exceptional legal guidance, service, and support.
- Develop and implement estate planning, asset protection, probate, guardianship, and Medicaid planning strategies.
- Draft and oversee the preparation of estate planning and elder law documents.
- Manage client matters with confidence, professionalism, and minimal supervision.
- Deliver a client experience that reflects the firm's commitment to compassion, communication, and excellence.
- Present educational seminars, workshops, and webinars for clients, referral partners, and the community.
- Help educate South Florida families through public speaking, community outreach, and educational events.
- Participate in videos, social media content, television appearances, podcasts, and other media opportunities as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners.
- Serve as a trusted ambassador for the firm within both the English-speaking and Spanish-speaking communities.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture by demonstrating initiative, dependability, attentive communication, and service-mindedness.
Qualifications:
- Florida bar license.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experienced in estate planning, asset protection, probate, guardianship, and Medicaid planning.
- Comfortable managing an active caseload and working independently.
- Enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and educating others.
- Confident speaking in front of groups and representing the firm in the community.
- Positive, dependable, service-oriented, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience.
- Excited about helping grow the firm's presence and impact throughout South Florida.
- This is a hybrid role. You should be comfortable working from our offices in Miami-Dade and Broward as needed, in addition to field and community-based responsibilities.
