You will shape how enterprise customers and the market understand innovative AI solutions designed to transform customer service operations. The position blends strategic messaging, customer advocacy, and launch execution to drive pipeline growth, retention, and expansion. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to translate complex technology into compelling narratives and real-world use cases. This is a high-impact role where storytelling directly influences revenue performance and customer adoption. You will also build programs that amplify customer voices and strengthen long-term engagement. - Develop and execute industry messaging, solution positioning, and use-case narratives aligned with product strategy and market needs.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, including enablement, coordination, and post-launch optimization.
- Build and manage customer advocacy programs, including case studies, references, testimonials, and success stories.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to integrate customer insights into pipeline generation and expansion initiatives.
- Design and support customer engagement programs, events, and speaking opportunities to strengthen relationships and retention.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer-facing narratives and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent storytelling across all GTM activities.
- Contribute to content strategy and campaign development to amplify industry and customer narratives.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Solutions Marketing within SaaS, AI, or contact center technology.
- Proven experience developing messaging frameworks, customer stories, and sales enablement content.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, compelling business narratives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in customer advocacy programs, references, or customer engagement initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive-level storytelling ability.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect marketing efforts to pipeline, retention, and expansion outcomes.
