Senior Product Manager, Learner Platform Experience

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Learner Platform Experience based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale a learner platform that supports thousands of users today and is designed to serve millions in the future. As the owner of the end-to-end platform experience, you will drive engagement, retention, and learning outcomes across diverse learner audiences. Working at the intersection of product, AI, education, and technology, you will define how digital experiences accelerate learning while preserving meaningful human connection. The position requires a strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity, embraces experimentation, and uses data to inform decision-making. You will collaborate closely with learning, curriculum, design, and engineering teams to deliver impactful experiences at scale. Accountabilities:
  • Own and evolve the learner platform experience across multiple user segments, including students, alumni, professionals, and institutional partners.
  • Define and execute a product roadmap aligned with learning outcomes, user engagement, and retention objectives.
  • Lead the development and scaling of AI-powered learning features, including tutoring, grading, personalization, and learner support experiences.
  • Determine where AI can enhance effectiveness, productivity, and scalability while preserving critical human interactions that drive motivation and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform supports both live learning experiences and asynchronous engagement.
  • Establish product metrics, KPIs, and experimentation frameworks to measure improvements in learning outcomes, retention, and user engagement.
  • Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate findings into impactful product improvements.
  • Champion high-quality user experiences, intuitive design, and seamless learner journeys across all platform touchpoints.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and AI tools to accelerate product discovery, decision-making, and execution.
Requirements:
  • Significant product management experience leading and scaling digital products with active user bases.
  • Proven track record of improving product quality, engagement, and retention while supporting rapid growth.
  • Strong experience building and launching AI-enabled products, features, or workflows.
  • Deep understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and execution in ambiguous environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to define meaningful success metrics and use data to drive product decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with experimentation, user research, and product discovery methodologies.
  • Experience with product analytics platforms, design and prototyping tools, SQL, and modern AI development tools is highly desirable.
  • Background in education technology, learning platforms, adaptive learning systems, or consumer-facing products is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently navigate uncertainty and create structure where processes do not yet exist.
Benefits:
  • Total compensation ranging from $200,000 to $232,000, including base salary and guaranteed monthly supplement.
  • Base salary between $135,000 and $175,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Fully remote position within the United States.
