This is a dynamic opportunity for a creative social media professional to help shape and execute engaging digital campaigns within the entertainment space. The role focuses on bringing TV and film projects to life across major social platforms through compelling storytelling, community engagement, and real-time content execution. You will be responsible for translating campaign strategies into platform-native creative that resonates with fan communities and drives meaningful engagement. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output. This role requires strong editorial instincts, adaptability, and a deep understanding of social trends and platform behaviors. You will also contribute to reporting and insights, helping refine strategy and optimize performance across channels.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage and execute social media campaigns across platforms, ensuring content aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Develop content ideas and creative “buckets” that support storytelling for TV and film releases.
  • Publish and schedule content across key platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Reddit.
  • Monitor, engage with, and grow online communities through active community management.
  • Build and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely execution of campaign deliverables.
  • Write and adapt copy for different platforms while maintaining consistent tone, voice, and engagement focus.
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to reporting, insights, and campaign optimization.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media management, ideally within an agency or entertainment-focused environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing social campaigns across multiple platforms, with strong understanding of platform-specific best practices.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and channels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting ideas to teams or clients.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with entertainment, TV, or film marketing is highly preferred.
