Job Description

As a full-time, permanent Distribution Clerk in our Distribution Center, for our Montreal Corporate Office, you will get to embody our belief in the promise of a brighter tomorrow through each interaction. Are you our hidden gem?

Reporting to the Director of the Distribution Center, the DC Clerk, processes E-Commerce orders and processes merchandise for E-Commerce through other departments.

In addition the DC Clerk will be expected to…
  • Process the orders
  • Maintain timely and accurate data entry
  • Provide timely communication to supervisor of discrepancies between merchandise documentation and actual merchandise
  • Correct tagging of merchandise
  • Completion of assigned tasks within specified deadlines
  • Customization of the merchandise and orders to meet clients requests

Our ideal candidate has…
  • A minimum of a College diploma
  • A minimum of three (3) years of retail distribution experience;
  • Strong team values
  • Is proactive
  • Great interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good organization and learning skills
  • Excellent communication/written skills in both English and French
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Capable of working in stressful situations such as during high season
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (asset)

*Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
