Accountabilities:
  • Design and produce a wide range of corporate communications materials including executive presentations, all-hands decks, newsletters, digital signage, reports, investor materials, and internal communication assets

  • Contribute to and evolve the company design system, including templates, components, and scalable visual frameworks
  • Ensure high standards of craft across typography, layout, data visualization, and visual hierarchy, particularly for executive-facing materials
  • Partner closely with Corporate Communications and cross-functional stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver strategic design solutions
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with autonomy, ensuring timely delivery and proactive communication of risks and priorities
  • Collaborate with video and motion teams to ensure visual consistency across multimedia assets
  • Continuously improve design workflows, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and consistency across the organization

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing corporate communications, presentations, editorial design, or report-based work
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
  • Experience working within or contributing to established design systems, component libraries, and brand frameworks
  • Proven ability to design high-stakes executive materials such as board decks, investor presentations, or annual reports
  • Strong understanding of data visualization, infographic design, and visual storytelling principles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-design stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in remote, distributed teams with a high degree of autonomy
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech environments is a strong plus

Benefits:

  • Competitive US salary ranging from 106,000 USD to 172,000 USD annually, based on experience and location
  • Annual discretionary performance bonus
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) granted at hire
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Flexible remote work options within the country of employment
  • Paid time off and structured benefits package supporting work-life balance
  • Opportunity to contribute to high-impact, executive-level communications in a global organization
  • Professional growth in a design-driven, innovation-focused environment
