Welder Fabricator
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements
- Operate welding equipment and tools to join metal components according to safety and quality standards
- Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures, frames, and components with accuracy and efficiency
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Maintain and troubleshoot welding and fabrication equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and specifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a welder and fabricator in a manufacturing or construction environment
- Proficiency in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication processes
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Knowledge of safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or welding licenses are preferred
