Client Partner, Insurance Solutions

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Partner, Insurance Solutions based in the United States.

This is a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for owning and evolving strategic relationships across major insurance accounts. You will act as the primary connector between commercial commitments and operational execution, ensuring that solutions delivered across service, technology, and transformation teams translate into measurable client outcomes. The role operates at the intersection of insurance operations, consulting, and technology-enabled services, supporting large-scale transformation programs across carriers, brokers, and MGAs. You will lead cross-functional delivery “pods,” align stakeholders at VP and C-level, and drive both account growth and operational excellence. Success in this role requires a strong mix of relationship leadership, insurance domain knowledge, and program execution capability in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You will also play a key role in identifying expansion opportunities and shaping long-term strategic partnerships.

Accountabilities:

Responsible for owning and growing strategic client relationships while ensuring successful delivery of contracted services and transformation initiatives across insurance accounts. Acts as the senior point of contact for executive stakeholders and leads cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, performance, and value realization.

  • Serve as the senior relationship owner across assigned strategic accounts, managing VP- and C-level client engagement
  • Translate commercial agreements into operational execution across delivery, technology, and transformation teams
  • Lead cross-functional “pod” teams of 10–30 professionals across service delivery, operations, and tech enablement functions
  • Oversee onboarding, conversion, and transformation programs ensuring timely and successful execution
  • Run executive business reviews, performance reporting, and ongoing account health management
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations while driving continuous service improvement
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with internal teams to support upsell and cross-sell initiatives
  • Maintain accurate account documentation and reporting within CRM systems
Requirements:

10+ years of experience in client success, account management, consulting, or professional services within insurance, BPO, or related industries, with a strong track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements. Deep understanding of insurance operations and the ability to navigate carrier, broker, and MGA environments is essential.

  • 10+ years of experience in client-facing leadership roles within P&C insurance, BPO, or professional services
  • Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders at Director, VP, and executive levels
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations, workflows, and industry structures
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Demonstrated success in managing transformation programs or operational change initiatives
  • Strong program management, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and contribute to commercial expansion strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree required; insurance designations are a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30–50% domestically and internationally
