What You’ll Lead & Achieve
- Daily service operations — Maintain smooth, efficient workflow while maximizing productivity and profitability
- Team leadership — Coach, mentor, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Customer satisfaction — Ensure every guest receives top-tier service; resolve escalated concerns with professionalism
- Quality control — Review repair orders for accuracy, documentation, and timely completion
- Compliance & standards — Uphold dealership policies and manufacturer requirements
- Warranty management — Oversee warranty submissions and collaborate with parts and accounting
- Performance tracking — Monitor KPIs, budgets, and department performance
- Reliable leadership presence — Maintain consistent, dependable attendance to support team success
What You Bring
- 3+ years in automotive service management or assistant management
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building success
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CDK
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
