Senior Manager, Paid Influencer Strategy

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Influencer Strategy based in the United States.

This role is a high-impact leadership opportunity responsible for defining and scaling a performance-driven paid influencer strategy that directly contributes to customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of creator partnerships across multiple social platforms, building a scalable system that connects influencer marketing to measurable business outcomes. The position sits at the intersection of brand, growth, and performance marketing, requiring a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will lead the optimization of creator investments, testing frameworks, and partnership models to improve efficiency and unlock incremental growth. This is a highly analytical and commercially focused role where decisions are driven by data, attribution insights, and ROI performance. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams to support key launches and broader business priorities.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the paid influencer strategy, roadmap, and performance against customer acquisition and revenue growth goals.
  • Develop structured testing frameworks across creators, platforms, content formats, and audience segments to drive scalable growth.
  • Manage channel forecasting, budget allocation, and investment decisions to optimize CAC, ROAS, and overall efficiency.
  • Build, scale, and maintain a diversified portfolio of creator partnerships across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead negotiations with creators and partners, including contracts, usage rights, and long-term collaboration agreements.
  • Deliver clear, executive-level reporting and insights on performance, incrementality, and channel contribution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, Creative, and Product teams to align influencer initiatives with company priorities.
  • Continuously identify new opportunities and trends in the creator economy to inform strategic investments and innovation.
Requirements:

This role requires an experienced influencer marketing leader with a strong background in performance-driven creator programs and measurable revenue impact. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with analytical depth and the ability to manage large-scale influencer investments in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or performance-driven social media roles.
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling paid influencer programs with direct impact on acquisition and revenue.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing concepts including attribution, incrementality, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Experience managing significant influencer budgets and making data-driven investment decisions.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy, platform dynamics, and emerging social media trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect channel performance to broader business outcomes.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Omni or similar platforms preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with creators and partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and high-growth environment.
