This role sits at the intersection of architecture, consulting, and enterprise solution delivery, focusing on designing and leading complex Salesforce-based digital commerce solutions for large-scale clients. You will act as a technical authority across multi-cloud and integration-heavy environments, helping shape end-to-end architectures that drive performance, scalability, and business value. The position combines hands-on solution design with client-facing advisory responsibilities, including workshops, proofs of concept, and stakeholder presentations. You will also support sales and pre-sales efforts by translating business needs into clear architectural strategies and solution options. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and centered on enterprise transformation initiatives. This is a leadership-oriented architecture role requiring both deep technical expertise and strong communication skills.
- Lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce-based digital commerce architectures for enterprise clients, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals
- Act as a technical authority across solution delivery engagements, guiding architectural decisions, governance, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
- Support pre-sales and sales teams by assessing client needs, defining solution approaches, and contributing to business value analysis and proposals
- Design and deliver proof-of-concept and proof-of-value solutions, including demos, prototypes, and technical walkthroughs for stakeholders at all levels
- Respond to RFI/RFP requests and contribute to solution documentation, architecture proposals, and integration designs
- Lead client workshops to define business requirements, constraints, budgets, and implementation timelines
- Oversee Salesforce and ecommerce solution implementation efforts, including migration projects and system integrations
- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams and ensure alignment across delivery, development, and architecture functions
- Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce commerce platforms and integration ecosystems, including MuleSoft
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing consulting or professional services roles focused on digital commerce solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, or Magento
- Proven track record in solution architecture, end-to-end project delivery, and client-facing technical leadership
- Strong MuleSoft integration experience and solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and solution designs
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including RFPs, demos, and solution presentations
- Strong documentation skills, particularly in architecture and integration design
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with distributed or global development teams
- Strong problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and ability to quickly learn new technologies
