Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of a fast-scaling performance marketing organization focused on customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships.
You will own a high-impact growth channel that directly contributes to revenue and customer expansion.
The position requires a strategic operator who can balance hands-on execution with long-term channel development.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and commercial stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will take ownership of the affiliate marketing channel and ensure consistent performance growth through strategic execution and optimization.

  • Own and manage day-to-day affiliate channel performance, ensuring delivery against acquisition and revenue targets
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand and diversify the partner portfolio
  • Develop and execute partner-specific account plans to maximize campaign performance and share of voice
  • Analyze market trends and performance data to optimize segmentation, pricing, and deal structures
  • Deliver actionable insights and reporting to guide channel strategy and improve overall efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align goals and drive scalable growth initiatives
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a commercially minded and highly analytical performance marketing leader with deep experience in affiliate or partnership-driven growth.

  • 8+ years of experience in financial services, platform technology, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or channel marketing roles
  • Proven track record of owning performance outcomes and driving measurable channel growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working with partner management platforms such as Impact, Everflow, or equivalent tools
  • Solid understanding of the US housing finance market and its seasonal and cyclical dynamics (preferred)
  • MBA is a plus
  • Highly collaborative, accountable, and motivated by continuous improvement and learning
