  • Coordinate the creation and execution of integrated development plans aligned with overall project strategy and organizational goals.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while escalating critical issues to leadership when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.

  • Drive alignment between functional objectives and project team goals while tracking progress and performance across workstreams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare development; Master’s degree with ~5 years of relevant experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development processes, including clinical and CMC development, regulatory requirements, and commercialization principles.
  • Proven project management expertise including timeline development, critical path analysis, budget management, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience working in complex, global, cross-functional environments with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear direction for diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work semi-autonomously while maintaining strong alignment with leadership and organizational objectives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving execution in large-scale programs.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $193,000 depending on experience and location.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and additional health coverage options.
  • Opportunity to work in a global healthcare environment focused on improving access to medicines worldwide.
  • Exposure to large-scale, cross-functional pharmaceutical development programs with high strategic impact.
  • Inclusive and diverse work environment supporting professional growth and development.
  • Flexible remote working arrangements (United States-based role).
  • Opportunity to contribute directly to initiatives that improve patient access to essential medicines globally.
