This is a high-impact corporate development role within a fast-paced, global technology environment focused on mobility and people transportation solutions. The position plays a key part in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment opportunities across multiple markets. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end transaction execution. The role combines analytical rigor with commercial judgment, requiring strong financial modeling and deal execution capabilities. It offers exposure to a continuous pipeline of M&A opportunities across diverse geographies and business models. You will operate in a highly collaborative, international setting where autonomy, ownership, and speed of execution are valued.
- Lead and support the evaluation, structuring, and execution of acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments across multiple business lines.
- Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional internal teams as well as external advisors throughout due diligence and transaction execution phases.
- Act as the primary liaison with target companies, ensuring smooth communication and alignment through deal close.
- Prepare investment memos and present acquisition opportunities to senior investment committees.
- Proactively source and engage potential acquisition targets while maintaining a disciplined and structured deal pipeline.
- Oversee transaction workflows end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience, including exposure to investment banking, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or transaction advisory.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with the ability to work independently on complex analyses.
- Solid understanding of business models, corporate finance concepts, and investment evaluation frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
- Exposure to software or transportation-related industries is considered an advantage.
