PFS Customer Service Specialist in Ashtabula, Ohio at Ashtabula County Medical Center

Answering patients inquiries related to bills or communication they have received from their visit. Work closely with our 3rd parties to ensure proper handling of outsourced accounts.

Minimum 1 year of billing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.

• High school graduate or equivalent.

• Possess computer system knowledge.

• Knowledge of healthcare patient accounting and healthcare insurance coverage.

• Previous customer service experience preferably in a hospital or medical setting.

• Confidential and good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proper use of standard office equipment.
