Mirror + Laser Maze Guest Relations Specialist in Scottsdale, Arizona at BW II

Provide world-class customer service at the Laser + Mirror Maze aiming to always have fun and please the guests with a great experience. The Laser + Mirror Maze team member is to be friendly, customer-service oriented individual representing the Laser + Mirror Maze.

To be responsible for the accountability of the daily operations, appearance and equipment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Create a fun atmosphere of entertainment by being attentive and service oriented to guests.
• Responsible for handling money, such duties include but are not limited to: Opening and closing the cash register at the start and end of shift. Securing and depositing the cash bag per company procedure and ensuring the cash register is accurate at all times.
• Follow the maintenance and operational standard operating procedures for Mirror + Laser Maze attractions.
• Assist in guest escalations and collaborate with leadership to determine and implement guest-oriented solutions.
• Responsible for attraction inventory which will include maintaining its appearance and inventory levels.
• Respond to guest and intra-company communications via phone, voicemail, email and other used tools of communication.
• Ensure that the opening and closing standard operating procedures are followed.
• Maintain the visual appearance of the interior and exterior of the attraction; which will include but not limited to cleaning of attraction floors, bathrooms and other high guest traffic areas.
• Responsible for ticket sales for Mirror + Laser Maze, and surrounding attractions utilizing a Point-of-Sale station powered by Galaxy.
• Learn, and follow all necessary safety and security policy and procedures.
• Assist with any parties and group events
• Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL AND MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in an environment that is loud at times.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
• Be cheerful, and possess a positive attitude
• Previous experience in a retail/service environment preferred
• Knowledge of POS computer systems, a plus
• A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction
• A strong team player that can work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
