Fire & Salt Co. is looking for a fun, energetic Sales Associate who enjoys connecting with customers, helping people find the perfect products, and being part of a team that loves great food, grilling, wine, bourbon, and community.

If you’re the type of person who strikes up conversations easily, enjoys learning about food and cooking, and can make customers feel welcome the moment they walk through the door, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and create an exceptional shopping experience
• Help customers select beef, seasonings, cheeses, wines, bourbons, gifts, and specialty foods
• Share product knowledge and recommendations
• Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and keeping the store looking great
• Support tastings, special events, and in-store promotions
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately
• Help prepare and maintain sampling stations when needed
• Work as part of a team to create a fun and engaging atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Genuine passion for customer service
• Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships
• Interest in cooking, grilling, food, wine, bourbon, or entertaining
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Retail or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required

Availability Requirements

• Must be available to work some Fridays and Saturdays
• Must be available for occasional Friday and Saturday Happy Hour events
• Flexible scheduling available
